The Ethiopian Crop Producers and Exporters Multi-Sectorial Association (ECPEMA) is a national organization dedicated to transforming Ethiopia’s agricultural sector. It serves as a unified platform for commercial farm owners, crop producers, and exporters, fostering economic growth, sustainability, and global competitiveness.
Established in December 2023 and officially registered with the Authority for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO), ECPEMA represents over 6,234 investors managing 2.22 million hectares of land across Ethiopia. The association plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between farmers, exporters, policymakers, and international markets through advocacy, capacity building, and strategic partnerships.
